5-14 x 2000mm High Precision Slitting Line, India

Now factory has one set (5-14)x2000mm steel coil slitting line machine in production for our Indian customer now. This line is designed for hot rolled/ cold rolled carton steel, galvanized steel, of thickness 5-14mm, coil width 2000mm, coil weight maximum 40tons. With double ratios hydraulic switch design, the slitting speed can be adjusted from 30m/min to 60m/min. The whole slitting line machine is composed of 40ton double mandrel decoiler, gantry type coil end guide, pressing&shoveling device, double roller pinch& five roller leveler, coil end shear device, side aligning device, disc slitting device, scrap winder, pre-separator, five roller tensioner, deflector encoding roller, recoiler, hydraulic system, PLC control system, etc.

Equipped with advanced 4-axis machining centers which can produce the work piece maximum size of 6 meters long x 3 meters wide, we make one time machining for the keep important parts of all the shafts for decoiler, slitting, and recoiler, which ensure high precision of the final machine.
