This Stainless Steel Flying Shear Cut to Length Line Machine is designed to cut to length for stainless steel thickness 0.4-3mm, for stainless steel sheet width maximum 1850mm, with non-stop flying shear type cutting speed of 80m/min.

The whole flying shear cut to length line is composed of decoiler with coil car, 6Hi leveler, flying shear, dual stack, hydraulic system, electrical control system, etc.

Technical Advantage of this Stainless Steel Flying Shear Cut to Length Machine:

1. This stainless steel rotary shear cut to length line is designed with chrome plated roller, rubber coated roller, pneumatic collecting rack, etc, which can perfectly protect the stainless steel sheet surface.
2. The contract between the support roller base of the leveling machine and the upper and lower beams adopts the form of spherical contact. When the support roller is adjusted, it can be aligned freely to ensure that the support roller and the intermediate roller are in line contact, which is beneficial to protecting the work roller. The leveling roller keeps running at a slow speed during NC feeding to protect the board surface.
3. It can continuously cut a variety of length specifications at once time without stopping the machine.
4. All welded structural parts of this stainless steel flying shear cut to length machine are tempered in a large tempering furnace after welding to completely eliminate welding stress and will not affect the stability of equipment accuracy due to the release of residual internal stress and deformation.
5. All big parts are machining by huge machine tool or CNC center one time completely to ensure the machining precision.
