0.4-4 x 1600mm High Precision Slitting Line, Iran
This slitting line is made for Iran old customer, the line is design for steel coil thickness 0.4-4.0mm, coil width maximum 1600mm, with coil weight 20tons. Design with slitting speed 120m/min, this slitting line is composed of 20 ton decoiler with coil car, coil head pressing and shovel device, 2+5 leveler, loop pit 1, side guide, main slitter, scrap winder, loop pit 2, pre- separator, tensioner, Recoiler, hydraulic system, and PLC control system. It can slitting different coil strip width , and minimum slitting width of 20mm.
