This feature allows the machine to operate at a higher speed during less critical phases (such as feeding or rewinding) and a lower, more controlled speed during precision tasks (such as slitting or edge trimming). The whole slitting line machine is composed of 40ton double mandrel decoiler, gantry type coil end guide, pressing&shoveling device, double roller pinch& five roller leveler, coil end shear device, side aligning device, disc slitting device, scrap winder, pre-separator, five roller tensioner, deflector encoding roller, recoiler, hydraulic system, PLC control system, etc.
